Is the Estate Department aware of the noise and the disruption caused by some of their construction projects?
Yes. Unfortunately some construction work is unavoidably noisey at times and we appreciate that this can be occassionally disruptive. However, the various projects are carefully planned to minimize potential site disruption and site logistics. Work is closely monitored by the Estates Department, who police all contruction implementation.
