A. All equipment is sent in a plain white box. Nothing is marked on the outside except Dr. Joel Kaplan Inc. We generally send out equipment UPS. If you are not available at the time of delivery, UPS or the US mail carrier will leave a note for you to pick up the equipment at their station. Often, equipment is left at your front door.
