A3: Yes. If you are entering the General Excellence newspaper or magazine contests, you must register your entry online, and then mail SABEW four copies of each of the sections you are entering. But if you are entering any of the NEWS CONTEST categories – enterprise, breaking news, projects or columns – while registering the entry online, you must include the URL(s) of your entry or attach to the entry form a PDF (or include several of them in a zip file). Tips on how to prepare a ZIP file are provided here: Making ZIP Files (Compressed Files). Online categories require URLs only. In all categories, you may also include an optional one page nomination letter.
