Is the entry fee at Foulkeways refundable?
Beginning January 1, 2008, Foulkeways will offer both a 50% and 90% refundable contract along with our traditional no refund entry fee. Regardless of the contract option you choose, Foulkeways entry fees are based on the size of the apartment or cottage you occupy, as well as the number of inhabitants. A portion of your entry fee is used to help cover future health care costs and your entry into other levels of care, should you need these services during your lifetime. Our traditional no refund entry fee offers the lowest entry cost. With our traditional contract you have a period of six months to terminate your contract and still receive a full refund of the fee, and you have up to 50 months to terminate your contract and receive a pro-rated refund. Both our 50% and our 90% refundable contracts are not age restricted. Both contracts are pro-rated based on a 10-year occupancy date.
