Is the entertainment industry (primarily films or programmes based on films) recession proof ?
The only industry which seems to be recession inelastic.People from all walks and shades of life seek entertainment.Forms of entertainment may vary but talking primarily of films,the rich see them to spend their leisure time or to kill boredom.The poor see them as they provide a temporary reprieve from the harsh realities.
