No it is not. Actually the EFS technology is 180 the opposite from Rife technology. When Royal Rife designed, whats now known as the Rife Machine, the theory was to generate a specific frequency for a period of time that would, in essence, destroy a cell or virus, etc.; much the same as a singer is able to explode a wine glass when hitting the perfect note.
