Is the Endowment fee refundable?
Yes, the refund works like this: For each year you live at Grace Brethren Village during your first 5 years, 10% will be deducted from your original Endowment amount. The remaining amount is then refunded back to you. After 5 years, no more dedications based on years living at Grace Brethren Village Cottages will be made and the remaining 50% of your Endowment is refunded back to you. This refunded will be made to you or your designated beneficiaries as soon as the cottage is re-endowed or occupied by a new resident.
