Yes. Employease requires that all users have a valid username, password and digital certificate (optional) to access the Employease Network. Employease also utilizes 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to secure data as it travels from the user’s computer to the Employease Network. For the sake of analogy, SSL acts as an armored truck keeping data safe during its journey to and from the user’s computer and the Employease data center. Leading financial and online trading companies use a similar encryption methodology to secure data.
