The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a Marist run, non-credit certificate program that provides students with varied and unique opportunities to define, discover, and develop their leadership style. It is the umbrella under which the NSLS is housed. The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is an honor society with over 200 chapters spanning the Nation. The Society is an organization that helps people discover and achieve their goals; offers life-changing lectures from the nation’s leading presenters and a community where likeminded success oriented individuals come together and help one another succeed.
