No. Henry Tudor took the throne of England in 1485 through right of conquest and his descendants have been the de facto kings and queens of England ever since. The purported claim of the Earl, through his descent from George, Duke of Clarence is invalid due to the attainder of the duke. Attainders can be reversed but only by a duly elected parliament called by the Sovereign.
