Yes, Mack’sĀ® EarDryer is safe to use when middle ear ventilation tubes are in place because the EarDryer introduces only warm dry air into the ear canal. The EarDryer does not however dry the tubes themselves or any water that may have been introduced into the tubes. It only dries the outer ear canal itself.
