Is the Dremel Cordless Pet Nail Grooming Rotary Tool safer to use on your pets than traditional clippers?”

I thought long and hard before I purchased this tool, but have absolutely no regrets. It has put a complete end to the struggle of wills between my dog and me — just to trim her nails! After using it a few times, she finally decided it was safe to roll over on her back and go to sleep until I finish. But I use it mostly on its lower speeds, which may take a little longer, but is easier all around on both the dog and me. I would say go for it if you have good manual dexterity and you can control your dog if s/he freaks out in the beginning. I started out doing a little and then offering a treat. Then I went back and did more. I love the product!
