Yes. The Florida Prepaid College Plan will transfer funds to either a community college that directly operates one or more dormitory residences or to the community college direct-support organization (DSO). The plan may pay the fees charged by the community college or DSO or the maximum fees charged for state university dormitory residence, whichever is less.
