The Dominator is in use at many FCC licensed LPFM and translator facilities. These stations have listed the antenna on their CP or license as a single section non-directional. Making certain that the combined TPO plus antenna gain do not exceed the licensed ERP. Note: Due to archaic FCC rules most full power US commercial stations are unable to take advantage of linear vertical polarization.
