Yes, The online DMV exam is provided by the American Safety Council and is certified by the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles. How can I get my traffic school certificate When you complete your DATA course you will be offered the choice to take the DMV exam for your Florida learners permit. Your Choices are: 1. Take the DMV exam Now 2. Take the DMV exam Later – come by later and login 3. No, I do not want to take the DMV Exam. If you indicate that you will NOT take the DMV exam online then you will be offered several choices to receive your certificate. See “Traffic School Certificate Options” below. If you select 1 or 2 indicating you wish to take the DMV exam online your certificate will be held for three days. The assumption is that you will complete the DMV exam and we can send you one certificate with both the DATA course and DMV exam. If you do not take the DMV exam within 3 days we will mail your certificate to you. You can always come back, take the DMV exam
