Is the disconnection coming every 20 minutes?
a. Our server is setup so that it will disconnect a user automatically in 20 minutes if it does not detect activity on the connection. While you are browsing the Internet, it is a good idea to click on Refresh or Reload occasionally. b. If you use Outlook Express and are experiencing this, start Outlook Express. Now slick on Tools then click on options. Reduce the time that you are checking for new e-mails to 10 minutes. Now click on the Connection tab. Remove the checkmark in Disconnect after sending and receiving. Click on OK. c. If you are using Eudora Light: start Eudora. Now click on Tools then on options. Click on checking mail. Enter 10 in the box next to check for mail every XX minutes. Click OK.
