Oh, yes. Diameter of Sun 1,392,000 km. Radius of Phoebe 12,900,000 km, diameter of Phoebe orbit 25,800,000 km. Note Phoebe is no doubt a captured asteroid and the material is escaping from Phoebe and falling inward presumably landing on Iapetus and turning it black.
