Is the development managed by a Property Owners Association (POA or HOA) ?

Yes the development will be managed by multiple POAs and HOAs. There is a master POA called The Property Owner’s Association at The Crossing (see http://www.thecrossingtyler.com/legal.php ) and each subdivision will have its own individual HOA or POA. The master POA will be responsible for all the entrances, lakes, trails and park. The individual HOA’s/POA’s will be responsible for the individual subdivision common areas.
