Is the development managed by a Home Owners Association (HOA)?

Yes the development will be managed by a HOA. There will be a master HOA called The Crossing and each subdivision will have its own individual HOA. The master HOA will be responsible for all the entrances, lakes, trails and park. The individual HOAs will be responsible for the subdivision common areas.
