Check that the detergent dispenser separator is in the correct position for the detergent you are using. It should be in the front position when using liquid detergent and in the rear position when using powdered detergent. If the separator is in the incorrect position, the liquid detergent may flow into the washer early, or the powdered detergent may not fully dispense into the washer.
