Make sure the detergent dispenser selector is in the correct position for the detergent you are using. It should be in the right position when using liquid detergent and in the left position when using powdered detergent. If the selector is in the incorrect position, the liquid detergent may flow into the washer early, or the powdered detergent may not fully dispense into the washer.
