Yes. The Department already has identified several commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software systems that it believes could be adapted to meet the needs of many states and institutions for Title II reporting, and it will provide the names of those systems to those interested. It is also working with a software vendor to develop a prototype system that may be more easily adapted for use in some states.
