Only civilian DoD employees authorized by their agency are eligible for DNRP home sale and property management services. However, both civilian employees and active duty service members may utilize DNRP no-fee destination services – home finding assistance and mortgage counseling. Call the DNRP toll free number (800-344-2501) to request destination services.
