Is the Delta 7920/25 capability allowed for MIDEX?
Yes, you may propose to use a Delta 7920 or other ELV, keeping in mind that the cost of the launch service must be included within the NASA cost cap of $140M. Because it is anticipated that most proposers will use an SELV or Med-Lite launch vehicle for MIDEX, those launch options are explicitly listed in the AO and Explorer Program Library.
