Yes. The formula contains sodium hypochlorite which is commonly known as bleach. Do not mix with other products as dangerous fumes may result. Do not take internally and avoid breathing the vapors or mist. Keep out of reach of children. Do I really need to rinse the formula off or can I just let it dry. We recommend that you rinse the formula off after 10 minutes to prevent damage to the surface.
