The Final Diagnostic Report contains extensive details about the sources of data gathered and analyzed in the diagnostic phase; however, many people agree that finding definitive, consistent data is one of our campus’s greatest challenges. Because the first phase of OE involved assessment and recommendations, not final decisions or actions, the goal was to develop data on which recommendations could be developed, rather than precise accounting-level data. The initiative teams may be delving further into the data, or gathering new information, before proposing final ideas for implementation.
