Is the Culinary Institute of America worth the money?

0

I don’t really know anything about “The Culinary Institute of America,” however there are many affordable well-respected educational institutions in Ohio. “Sinclair Community College” of Dayton, Ohio is one of the best community colleges in the world (literally.) They have a culinary arts associate’s degree program that many have completed and gone on to get excellent jobs. SCC costs about $7,000 less/qtr. than CIA. (I’ve also heard good things about Ohio University and Hocking College in the culinary arts.) Experience is certainly a very important aspect in this line of work, education is only part of it. So, “The Culinary Institute of America” is probably not worth its money.
