Yes, if the tenement contains at least one Council flat, the Housing Division will maintain and repair the system. Please call the Housing Repairs Centre, Tel 434343 to report a fault. In a private tenement, however, the owners of the flats are mutually responsible for the basic system, and the owners and occupiers are jointly responsible for replacing bulbs.
