Is the cost of postage covered in Mazons factoring fee?
No. Although most of our services are covered under our factoring fee, the actual cost of mailing your invoices will be charged to your account as an expense. However, to avoid being charged postage on mailed invoices, you may provide pre-stamped addressed customer envelopes with your invoices with your submitted invoices. You will be charged actual postage on overdue statements mailed to your customer.
