• 3.1.1 Location of Reportable Food Site Name: * This is the organizational name of the food or feed facility for which the Responsible Party is submitting a report. The Location of Reportable Food may or may not be same as the location of the Responsible Party, but it is a location within the Responsible Party’s organization/company. For example, for a large food company, corporate headquarters may be the Responsible Party, but the Location of Reportable Food may be a different facility that manufactured, processed, packed, or held the food. If the Responsible Party still has the reportable food, the Location of Reportable Food is the physical location of the reportable food at this time. If the Responsible Party has distributed all of the Reportable Food, the Location of Reportable Food is the physical location of the reportable food when it was within the control of the Responsible Party.
