The written report required by OGAA section 24(1)(c) is composed of the Written Report Cover Sheet, the Written Report Line List, the package of replies and responses, and the affected parties map. This report summarizes consultation and notification activities with all landowners and affected parties – on private land or Crown land. Information on these requirements is found within the Consultation and Notification Manual.
