A.s No. Just like the Concierge desk at a 5 star hotel, the Concierge is paid by the hotel regardless of how many guest requests they handle in any given day. Their sole purpose is to anticipate guests needs and provide them with full satisfaction on every request. P1D Concierge service is run in the same manner except for one MAJOR difference; they are rewarded proportionally to the amount of money they make a member save on their travel. So in essence, they work opposite from how a travel agent works because traditional travel agents earn more when they sell more.
