Is the concept of an online encyclopedia proving to be a great nemesis to religions of the world?
well there are many people who can get what they are looking for online which leads them to study things like the bible or whatnot online therefore some of the churches are falling down as they can’t keep up anyway you do bring up alot of interesting points and you just might be right about the churches losing ground
The emphasis people place on certain virtues in their religion is based upon that individual person. For example, not everyone takes the Bible literally, but rather some people tend to believe it is completely a myth, or take parts literally, or even take the whole Bible as an allegory. Whenever you have masses of people commenting on one religion, such as on Wikipedia, here, or any other open discussion place, generally speaking, most of the people don’t even believe in what the comment on, thus creating false statements about one’s religion. Online encyclopedias are just as much of a nemesis to religion as someone on the national television networks airring religious programs and religion history.
