Is the community center room available to rent for birthday parties?
(top) No, the Community Room is no longer available for rental to residents for social occasions. I want to paint my fence (add a deck, paint the trim, etc.). Do I need an ARB application? (top) Any work done to the exterior of your home which alters the appearance does require an application. Guidelines are also available on the web at www.franklinfarm.org/arbguide.htm.
