Is the Communist Party an Atheist Party?
While the communist party did not express itself as an atheist group per se it none the less was in fact against any other group (religion in this case) that would have influence upon the populace the record is clear on the matter. This is my own interpretation of fact but relies on the historical proof available to anyone who seeks it out.
No. The Communist Party is a revolutionary party of the working class to overthrow all systems of exploitation and oppression. Although dialectical materialism is not philosophically reconcilable with religion, atheism is not a part of the party program of the Communist Party. The CP believes that religion is a personal matter in relation to the state.
