Is The Collegian a dorm or an apartment complex?
The Collegian is often considered transitional housing — housing to move into after moving out of the dorms and before moving into an apartment. The Collegian offers the positive aspects of dorm life by serving 19 meals per week, providing a dining room to socialize with other academically driven students, and a secure atmosphere without the noise and large scale of the dorms.
