Hello While doing your research on veterinary colleges in North America, you must have read about the accreditation process. All veterinary colleges in Canada are accredited through the AVMA so that the facilities, curriculum and degree are equally recognized. Last year 100% of our graduating class passed the North American Veterinary Licensing Exam (NAVLE). In fact, the oldest continuously operating veterinary college in the US and Canada is the Ontario Veterinary College which will be 150 years old in 2012. I don’t know which province you live in but can assure you that the quality of education you will receive in a Canadian veterinary college is superb and much less costly. If you would like to visit the Ontario Veterinary College please send me an email.
