Is the Clydesdale Cross Sport Horse Association a recognised Breed Society?

0

Although there is no formal measure of “recognition” we are becoming known as the appropriate Association for formal registration of Clydesdale Cross horse. Registration with the CCSHA is often a requirement for entry in Clydesdale Cross breed classes at Agricultural Shows. Additionally, the EFA recognises us a Breed Association for the purposes of registering your horse. If your horse is registered with us, it will be allowed (indeed required) to keep the same name when registering your horse with the EFA, even if the name is has previously been registered with the EFA, or if you use a prefix that falls outside usual EFA naming rules. Breeders who use initials as a prefix (eg. BPH) may find this a particular advantage.
