Is the ClimateSmart Home Service available in my area?
Residents in South East Queensland and most residents (based on postcode due to the broad geographical areas of some regions) within the major population centres of Cairns, Mackay, Mt Isa city, Rockhampton, Toowoomba and Townsville will have access to the service six days per week (Monday to Saturday) between 7am and 7pm. A special regional service team will visit rural and regional parts of the state and will reach most rural and regional communities within the serviced area at least four times during the lifetime of the program, or once every six months.
