We are not allowed to offer online medical second opinions to patients whose mailing address is in one of the following locations: Guam and North Dakota. We are abiding by all state regulations in offering this service. We are able to provide this service in most states. However, if you do not reside in a state that permits an electronic second opinion and you wish to obtain a second opinion from a Cleveland Clinic physician we will be happy to assist you in making an appointment to be seen at Cleveland Clinic.
