For patrons with disabilities, wheelchair-accessible and companion seating, as well as removable arm chairs on the Orchestra level are available. There is no elevator in the Citi Shubert Theatre. There are steps to the Mezzanine and Balcony level. The venue is equipped with an FM assistive listening device for use by patrons who are hard of hearing. Headsets are available free of charge at the Head Usher’s desk. A pay-TTY device for use by deaf patrons is located in the box office lobby.
