Yes. Our Brazil suppliers meet European Union (EU) Import Standards, which are among the most stringent food safety standards in the world. Our Brazilian establishments are also registered with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). Our processor in Thailand is a Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) approved facility. It is owned and operated by Cargill Foods – a United States headquartered company, which is one of the largest privately owned food manufactures in the world. As well, as a registered importer of chicken, the product arriving from outside Canada is subject to CFIA inspection upon arrival.
