Or since it is not reverse threaded, you can put a 19mm socket over the nut, put the ratchet into the end of a cheater bar and lay the bar on the ground towards front of the car, and ‘kick’ the starter just enough to break it loose. It should break loose right away. Always reinstall the bolt with RED loctite, if it works loose you are in a world of hurt because the crank pulley is the only thing keeping your timing gear on the crankshaft.
