Is the Center a fee-for-service or core facility?
No. The Whitehead MIT BioImaging Center is a technology-development center that acts a resource for the greater MIT community. We offer advice and training to scientists who wish to conduct image-based research. Where appropriate, we may facilitate collaborations between scientists whose imaging needs cannot be fulfilled using instruments available at core facilities on campus.
