My column for the Guardian this week is going to be on the Capital Times of Madison, Wis., which announced last week that it was going to switch from six paid editions a week to two free tabloids, with a much greater emphasis on the Web. I believe this makes the Capital Times unique, but would be interested to hear if anyone knows of others. Thank you!
