Is the calorie count shown on cardio machines accurate?

It depends on the machine you are using. The ones that simply start counting the moment you start your cardio exercise are not really accurate. Because one size does not fit all. Individual calorie burning depends on the person’s weight. The heavier you are, the more effort your body has to put into each move and, therefore, you burn more calories. Immediately after exercising, I feel great. I feel I can do more. But two days later, my body hurts. It feels like a sore bunch of nerves. This is called DOMS or Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness. Your body is protesting and telling you it needs more exercise. Your body is rebuilding and your muscles are growing. While you may want to rest, the right thing to do is to move. Stretch your sore muscles a bit. They will feel good. Blood will flow to that area and repair the muscles quicker. Doing weights scares me. Can I tone my muscles without actually sitting on the weight machines? Of course you can by using your own body weight to work agains
