i saw the butterfly effect and i guess it just depends on what u want ur kids to watch……… its a movie that may confuse them i think its pg13 so it all depends on what u think…..

If you have a set preference for ratings (nothing R or above) check out the ratings. I have not seen “The Butterfly Effect” either, but from the previews probably not without me watching first to see whats going on. Also try to see movie reviews online (maybe even watch a bit) to see what you think. Also get the name of the the subtitled movie and research it. If it’s an older flick – you’re most likely OK. Clint Eastwood’s spaghetti westerns are cool and don’t have any sex scenes or lots of foul language. I did a quick Google search for you and here are a couple of websites for movie reviews.
