Is the Business Idea Service conducted over the phone or in person?

Due to Dominic’s international travelling schedule the Business Idea Service usually takes place over the telephone. However if Dominic is in London and a mutually convenient location and time can be arranged then the Business Idea Service can be conducted in person.
