Yes. Senior Consultant proposals for Round 4 of New Connections that exceed the 8 page limit will not be reviewed. Citations do not count towards the 8 page maximum. For the CFP for Junior Investigators released in Fall 2008, proposals that exceeded the 5 page limit would not have been reviewed. Citations did not count towards the 5 page maximum.
