NO it isnt. You may have heard or read that this temporary hair straightening technology is damage free and hair breakage free. You may have also read that the affect of the Brazilian is only on the external of your hair, but this is not true. In fact, hair damage begins on its external (cuticle layers) and ultimately travels to the cortex (inner layer) of the hair, and as a result, weakening the structural stability of the hair and the hair will break and become lifeless. “You only get one chance to have your first BKT” (in Vinnie’s words) and you should be sure to make it the best experience possible by taking your time to select the perfect BKT stylist for you and your hair.
